Descriptions

The wind turbine generates electricity by rotating the hub under the action of wind. With the long-term operation of the turbine, due to the loss and wear of mechanical parts, the original wind speed threshold of starting power generation may change, so as to judge the dynamic health of the unit. At the same time, under certain wind power, whether the wind turbine brake system is timely and effective is also an important factor of safety early warning. Therefore, the safety and health of the turbine can be effectively monitored by installing an independent hub angle sensor with ultra-low frequency characteristics (0.01Hz).

SSM25385-09 sensor has built-in three-axis accelerometer and three-axis gyroscope. Through advanced data processing method, it can effectively eliminate the influence of turbine vibration, gyroscope drift and turbine yaw under long-term continuous operation, and output stable and reliable speed data with a refresh rate of 200Hz. SSM25385-09 adopts MEMS (micro electro mechanical) technology and has no moving parts. It can withstand 20000 g instantaneous impact and maximum 24 g vibration. Its adaptability to the environment is much better than that of the encoder based on photoelectric principle.

At the same time, the sensor has no rotating shaft and can be installed in any position of the inner cavity of the wheel hub, or horizontally or vertically.
